Dear Troop Parents and Leaders,

I hope you are all doing well! We will be having a meeting on Veteran's Day this year and the PLC and I decided we would like to honor the military at the meeting. I thought it would be fun to invite any of our parents who are either currently or formerly in the military to attend the meeting (if possible, in your uniform), and to sit on a 'panel' to discuss with the Scouts about your role and maybe share some cool and exciting stories with them. The plan would be to divide the troop in thirds and have them rotate to 3 stations. One of the stations would be this 'panel.' The other two will be a flag folding and ceremony station and a game. This way you would not get bombarded by the entire troop at once, but you will get to sit on the panel three times as the troop rotates to each station....
