At the first meeting of the month, we had three different stations working on some Tenderfoot requirement, and with a game. After the meeting, Scoutmaster Todd conducted an information session about the Philmont expedition in the summer of 2026.
During the second meeting of the month, the scouts who made first aid kits during the week for a Tenderfoot requirement brought them in to be looked over. Then we played two fun games of Jeopardy. The Vipers won the first round. The second round was scouts versus adult leaders. The scouts won!
The last meeting of the month, we planned meals for the Orienteering campout. The rest of the meeting we played games.
On the Orienteering campout, the patrols each did an orienteering course, working on using maps and compasses, in the Prince William National Forest Park. There was also a cooking competition. The Eagle patrol won with their fried rice and orange chicken.
